Why we built Que Workspace.
We started Que Workspace because the spaces we worked from didn't get the basics right.
Coffee shops were loud. Home was full of family. The big chain coworking spaces felt like airport lounges with louder music and worse coffee. None of them seemed designed for the thing they sold: focused work.
So we built one floor, on the idea that a workspace should be quiet by default, well-lit by default, and friendly without being insistent. We chose chairs you can sit in for eight hours. We picked a wifi line you can host client calls on. We designed a single floor, on purpose, because we don't want to scale the problem we were trying to solve..
Que is for people who do their best work alone, and their second-best in a small group. Freelancers, founders, remote operators, small teams. People with deadlines, not networking goals.
